Namaskaram, ๐Ÿ™

I am a Product Designer with over 7+ years of experience based in Hyderabad, India. Currently, I work as a Lead UX Designer at Accolite Digital, with Morgan Stanley as my client.

I firmly believe that a deep understanding of the users is essential to create effective design solutions that address their problems. My approach involves identifying the underlying issues and pitching ideas in a larger context to ensure the design is impactful and user-centered.

I use a combination of analytical thinking and creativity to bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives. I deeply understand human-centered design principles and have a passion for creating meaningful and intuitive digital experiences. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers, I lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring that each step aligns with the project's vision and goals.

With a sharp attention to detail, I conduct thorough research, user testing, and analysis to gain insights and Iterate designs.

Robust in agile environments, I excel at managing multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.

Through my work across diverse industries, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the digital product market and user behaviors. This enables me to design experiences that deeply resonate with the target audience.

I have done my masters in Fine Arts (MFA) and turned as a Designer with a strong desire to create digital products.

How Fine Arts made me a designer?

Pursued fine arts for 6 years at state and central university campuses has taught me the art of making deliberate decisions in various situations. Working in theater performances as part of a team, undergoing continuous practice sessions, and understanding the psychology of fellow actors under intense and competitive conditions have honed my skills. I have developed a sensitivity to the smallest details in everything I do, which is crucial for any creator. Stepping out of my comfort zone has also aided in my self-learning, which is essential for the growth of our thought process.

These valuable lessons learned in the field of fine arts have seamlessly transitioned into my current work in digital design. There are numerous common elements between fine arts and design, such as empathizing with others, understanding human behaviors, working through iterations, and collaborating with peers, etc.
